About the job
This is a leadership role with our Tier-1 IT client. We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Program Director who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading discussions with senior management and CxO level and be able to influence their decision, communicate competitive intelligence from the field.
- Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements at client clients. This person will coordinate the work of our client and client team members for one or more projects.
- Create and execute Business Strategy to grow our client’ SAP footprint in Technology, Software & Services (TS&S) Industry
- Create Thought leadership and mind share for our client SAP TS&S Industry in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries
- Should have recent experience in managing Transformational initiatives, preferably with the big four consulting companies
- Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation OR implementation of one of the SAP Cloud application using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology
- Experience in managing client stakeholders & Project team at all levels
- Experience of multiple full life cycle SAP engagements with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) with at least 2 S/4HANA projects in the TS&S industry
- Experience in proposal preparation and business case development using SAP Solutions
- Bachelor / master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required
Nice to have:
- Understanding of SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
- Up-to date with SAP innovations
- Certification in SAP ACTIVATE and in one or more SAP S/4 HANA LoB’s
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate business story with effective communication and strong presentation skills
- Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
